playing here at the summer theater,
will conduct his tour this year
steamboat and will pldy only seaport
towns on the coast or Florida. Carolina
and Alabama. Hla company will live

r. Peruchl has purchased a steel
boat, 70 feet long and 18 feet wide. It
is fitted up with Beven stato rooms
and will be large enough for carrying
full troupe of actors.
The boat was formerly owned by the
governor of Ohlo.Viion. A. Uushnell,
and cost $24,000. « £
The boat Is fitted up with two large
27-horse power engines, * i*-. tri<- lights,
a large salon finished In gold and
enamel, fine plate glass mirrors, and
tile. There Is a promenade deck, the
steering room and pantry.

railway takes charge of the affairs of
the Conway Coast and. Western rail
road, which extends from Aynor, S. C.,
to Myrtle Beach, 8. C„ via Conway.
Later a consolidation with the Coast
Lins will probably be ordered by tho
directors of the South Carolina road.
It Is officially denied that the Coast
Line has bought a controlling Interest
In the Raleigh nnd Southport. A closo
alliance has, however, been formed be
tween the roads.

Crown Prince Celebrates.
