Lavonia, Ga, July 4.—In a lever's electric storm here yesterday lightning ■truck the Southern Cotton Oil Mill and set fire to the main* building under the first floor. By a herolo effort of the citlsene, the fire was extinguished. Lightning also struck the Presbyte rian church, doing considerable damage to the steeple.
