MAN OF MADISON.
Tha police of Atlanta have been
asked to And Willie T. Shockley,
prominent young man of Madison, Ga.,
who la reported to have disappeared
several weeks ago, and who Is thought
to be lost In Atlanta or vicinity,
reward of 225 has been offered for any
Information tending to disclose the
present whereabouts of the young
man.
Shockley, who le only IS 'years of
age, was In business in {dadluon and
was highly respected In tne communi
ty. It la stated that no cause whatever
Is known that would prompt him to
leave hla home and bualnesa.
The missing man was last heard of
In Rutledge on May 24. He Is told
to have bought a ticket to Atlanta,
since which time nothing has been
heard of him.
He Is described as weighing 120
pounds, being about 6 feet 4 Inches
tall, has blue eyes, with small white
spot over pupil of the right eye, sandy
hair, fair complexion, and has small
gold filling In upper front teeth.
So far no trace of the missing man
has been found here.

man at Bellevue Park, at 7 o'clock last
night, Maaty Gornkl, 22 yeara bid, waa

Boston, July 9.—John Schldllfakt, the
Lithuanian of Brockton, Maas., waa
executed at the state prison at Charles
town at 12:18 o'clock this morning for
the murder of hla wife, Marianna, at
Belmont, July 12, 1905. He waa pro
nounced dead at 12:23 1-2.
The Execution was unattended by
sensational features. Scbldllfaki waa
in a weak condition before he left the
death house and had to be assisted to
the electric chair by Rev. Robert Walk
er, chaplain of the Middlesex house of
correction, and a guard. He made no
statement after he was placed In the
chair, but he moaned softly until the
application of the current. In the opin
ion of medical attendants and prison
officials the execution was the most
successful that has ever taken place at
Charlestown.
