Moore conducts a saloon at DeSoto, Sumter county. He pays folia on all orders telephoned him from Cordele, which Is now In Crisp county. The court holds that the telephone le an Inanimate vehicle of transmission for such orders, and that the owner of the same cannot be prosecuted for using it for that purpose.
