two persons In one block, Russell Rich,
a negro boy, 16 years old, driver on

Club, was arrested Monday afternoon
by Officer Well*. Rich Is said to have
run over Grafton Gardner, the amall
son of Dr. Gardner, 325 Capitol ave
nue, ahd a little girl named Brown, the
daughter of one of Dr. Gardner's neigh

A two-horae milk wagon wan struck
by a freight train at the corner of
Edgewood avenue and Whitehall atreet
and fresh aweet milk became butter
milk without a moment’s Intermission.

milk, and milk was atrewn up and
down the track until the aurroundlnga

At first there was a rumor that the
driver of the wagon had been seriously
