Washington, Aug. 18.—The depart
ment of justice, through an opinion
rendered by Acting Attorney General
Robb, has decided that Mexicans, im
ported Into the United States for work

"unskilled” laborers and that, under
the law, they cannot be admitted Into
the country’ under contract. Acting
Secretary' Murray, of the department
of commerce and labor, has, therefore,
dismissed the appeals of the aliens and
ordered them deported.
