The brilliant daughter of Secretary Wilson has been abroad for the past year studying music nnd voice cultivation In Paris. She Is the possessor of a voice of rare quullty, which lias been cultivated by a Parisian master. It Is said that Secretary Wilson has voiced n strong opposition to his daughter's desire, nnd that to placate him she lias decided to make a trip around the world, visiting places far off the beaten track In tho Far Hast.
