On the veranda waa auapended Japanese lanterns, compliments of J. M. High Company. Refreshments were served at small tables, having carnations as centerpieces. The day was a happy one for Mrs. Darby, as she sat In the seat of honor, surrounded by loving companions, and received the congrat ulations of friends.
