The marriage of Miss Ethel Odell
Teuton and Mr. Charles Francis Pritch
ard was a lovely event of Tuesday
evening of last week, occurring at the
home of the bride's parents, Mr. and
Mrs. George Teuton. The attendants
were Miss Bessie Pritchard and Mr.
Carswell Williams. Rev. Father Wil
kinson outdated. Mr. Pritchard has
relatives In Atlanta, as well as In Sa
vannah, and his marriage Is the source
of much Interest and cordial good
wishes throughout the state.
Mr. and Ur*. Thomas Bryson Irvin
have sent out cards of Invitation to the
marriage of their daughter, Callle
Kolb, to Mr. Albert Boyle, on Wednes
day afternoon, October 3, at tmlf'after
1 o'clock, at their home, 349 Telfair
street. Miss Irvin was complimented
Friday evening with a box party at the
production of “The Clansman" by Miss
Julia Baudry Moore. Another compli
ment to Miss Irvin was the card party
with which the Misses Wheless en-
tertulned Thursday afternoon at their
home, on upper Greene street. Hnmf-
some prices were awarded the fortu
nate players and the event was one of
unusual enjoyment to the guests, who
w ere among Miss Irvin's moat Intimate
friends.
A welcome break In the social mo
notony was the amateur presentation

for the benefit of the Parish House
Association, and the affair was a de

financial standpoint.
Mrs. William Jennings Bryan was
entertained at dinner at the Albion
lintel Wednesday evening, previous to

table was beautifully decorated with
La France roses. During the speaking

other form of entertainment for Mrs.
Bryan, owing to her very brief stay In

Master Fred Morris celebrated his
seventh birthday on Tuesday afternoon
with a charming party. About twelve
little friends gathered around the pret
ty birthday table, loaded with good
things. A big pie was placed on the
table after all the little guests were
served, and each pulled a string draw
ing some pretty little souvenir of the
occasion.
