C. ■ HOWELL,
V.’e have exhaustively examined the circulation books and
.’ecotds df The Georgian, have had our men watch counting mechanism,
a mays selecting days -hen v;e were not expected. V/e have had the
•accuracy or the counting mechanism proven by actual physical count
made by two or our own men. V/e have had free and complete aocess
to Its entire plant, and no attempt has been made by anybody
lonnected with The Georgian to indicate how we should investigate
Ltd circulation. * ‘
V/e find that the average daily Circulation of The
Georgian, since'it began .publication, has been over 22,600 and- that
its actual circulation for October was in excess of 23,000.
V/e further find, from the’press records and by verifying
the amount of paper used in producing The Georgian during -the
month of October, 1206.,' that the daily ave.rage was 25,091, but

since returns which are not all in, and other’deductions, make it
.necessary to accept statements for this latter figure, which v;e
•an not absolutely vouch, we give 23,000 Circulation, for which
we have had absolute facts.
•Respectfully submitted,
