Ebaugh. have been lodged in Jail. In
his confession* Hurton stated that he
had no cause for malice against Mr.
Houser, but the crime was committed
because he and several others had been
appointed by the organisation to do tha
work. He alleges that the burning was
planned at a meeting of the organiza
tion held last Wednesday night.
