Accordingly no creditor of the Bank who may have relief under that act can have it under the Revised Statutes That act gives the creditor the right to ap ply to a Justice of the Supreme C.urt.only after the expiration often days from the refusal of the Bank to pay its debts or lia bilities. •2 Even then a temporary and immedt- ate injunction can be granted only if, in the opinion of the Judges, it be expedient in order to prevent fraud or injusttee.
