lungs, and was confined lo my bed, and dooed
and b/iaterod by doctors for several weeks, but
finally got on my legs again, hut not cured of
my hard coughing, and rattling tackling in
my throat, which continuep incesatmJy for
mere than aix months, always the worst in the
winter. My friends insisted I 2nd coughed
enough to kill a doxen commen men, and that
I must be in the last stage of consumption, f
made up my mind that I must rough my life
away. I left St Louis in December last, to
travel an J spend the winter in the Houth.—
When I railed at your store in Viekshurg, you
