The small trestle bridge over Rush Creek at Tantalao, (foot of the moon- tain grade beyond the tuonel,) is woshod away. A portion of the embankment be tween Anderson and Tanuita is washed away, as is nbo the rock embankment above Tantalao. ; “The damnse to the track near Bcllbnckle can be repaired ia a few boars after tho was ter subsides,’ but the repairs at other points will require considerable time.” The Dahlonega Signal of Dec. lSib. nays : “For (be put week it hu been raining almost incessantly.
