of correcting these errors, I offered to fur

were adopted hy tho City Council, on Tues

tion of the citizens of Atlanta, that tbis

Hundred Thousand Dollarl to the capital
stock of the "Georgia Air Line Rail Road
Company.” the same to be paid in the'
Bonds of tho City, under the following
conditions:
Hr it, That no payment is to be made at
any time on this subscription to exceed one-
ten'll of the capital stock actually paid in
on all othor stock suhicjibcd to the said
company.
Second, That in levying such tax aa may
be found necessary fo provide for tbe li
quldation of the said Bonds, the same shall
be a general ad taloren lax; and that in
