Atlantic Railroad oe requested to give notice by publica
tion or otherwise, to all parties having claims against
the Road that are willing to have them submitted lor an
arbitration, to the Committee of the Legislature appoint'
ed to investigate the condition of the Road, to be pres
ent in Atlanta on the 4th day of January next, with wit
nesses, to proceed with the investigation of their claims.
