deliver the faid Mare, or give in

get her again , Jball receive Twenty
Dollars reward, and Forty Dollars

do fare of the equity of redemption,
in and to the following trad of land ,
fituate , lying and being in the coun
ty of Wafhington, bounded by John
foreman John Rogers, and all
other Jides by vacant land ; and
containing two hundred eighty [even
and an half acres, which trad of
land nas mortgaged to the faid An
drew Hemphill, by the faid James
Hemphill , for the fecurity of one
hundred and thirty feven founds,
feventeen /hillings and three pence,
on the 1 6th day oj March , in the
year of our Lord one thou/and Jeven
hundred and ninety-three.
Upon motion of Mr. Caldwell,
attorney for the plaintiff, it is or
dered, that the principle interefi and
cofl he paid into this court, within
twelve months from this time, other
wife the equity of redemption will
he forever foreclofed, and that a
copy of this rule be /trued upon the
faid James Hemphill, or pukli/hed
nine months in one of the Gazettes
of this State , before the expiration
