We can hardly give quotations with any degree of certainty. FORT GAINES (Ga.) Feb. 27.— Cotton —The receipts this week are light. We are informed that the great bulk of Cotton is in. and that onr industrious f.liners are hnsly engage 1 in p-eparing liltir lands for another crop. We wish them good seasons.and a better crop than the last. Our market ranges from 8f to 91c. APALACHICOLA, FEB 23.— Cotton.—' The receipts during the past week amount to 1,818 hales, and the exports tn 2,819, leaving >he stock on hand, including all on shipboard not cleared 43.026 bales, against 26,747 bales, same lime last ) ear. The evening previous to the close of our last weekly review, vve received bv an arrival from New Orleans, very late accounts front that place, adv ising of a heavy advance in freights and a cor responding decline jn cotton.
