The in the receipts at other ports is 26*2.491 bales, or 120,7*28.671 lbs.—making a deficiency in this year’s crop, when compared w ith last, of 59.322 bales, or 42,688,5% lb*., which, divided by 450, being an average weight of New Orleans cotton, will show a deficiency of 91,863 bales. An error occurred jnoor last statement, by which we made the total j /ailing off 91.300, instead 0f69,000 hairs. Our ad vices from Florida, so far a* regards the receipts and stocks, are no later than published, last week; if the dates due had been received we have no doubt the falling off in the present crop would reach over 100,000 bales in Ii»«. We have no material change to notice in prices this week. Our merchants are daily receiv ing large accessions to their slocks, and at the pre sent time there is no scarcity of any article that we hear of. DRV GOODS —Every day is also adding to the stocks of our dry goods merchants, and their spring stock this year will he much heavier than for several years past. The assortment at present on hand is good, and having been purchased on good terms, will he disposed of at moderate profits POTATOES. — Fair snpplyon hand, and prices : have a wide range—s 2 a 3 per bhl—the latter price for sound eating. SUGARS. —Stock on the increase—particular ly of New Orleans. CORN.—Sales of small lots this week at 62 ami 65 rents per bushel. BACON.—Good Bacon meets with ready sale in this market at 8j cents the hog round, at which price sales have been made this week. DOMESTIC LIQUORS.—Fair supply of all kinds on band, and stock on ths increase. No sales to report. IRON, &c.—Good stock on hand and well as sorted. SALT.—Good stock on hand, and more daily expected.
