Sales of NEGROES must lie at Public Auction, on the first Tuesday of the month, between the usual hours o sale, at the place of public sales in the county where the Letters Testamentary, or Administration, or Guar dianship, may have been granted, first giving SIXTY DAY’S notice thereof, in one of the public Gazettes o this State, and at the door of the Court House where such sales arc to be held.
