And the said petitioners further alleging that the said John Trowbridge has failed and neglected to pay said notes and has become insolvent, and that they the said petitioners have paid them and that there is now due them on said notes the sum of eighteen hundred and forty dollars and fifteen cents, and praying that the equity of redemption in and to said mortgaged property* may forever be foreclose !.
