The statement of a distinguished Physician of an adjoining county, is i appended, as well as others, out or the many, that might be published. Monroe County. November, 1848. Dr. Little—Sir 1 have had much experience Avilh your Vermifuge ; and as you wish ruy opin- , >on, I will cheerfully state that I have very rarely oond it necessary to use anything else to relieve children from Worms in my practice In doz.ei s of cases 1 have fully tested the medicine with en tire success, and unhesitatingly declare it is the best preparation I ever knew, and far in advance of any thing of ihe kind offered. By its tiequenl use in families, doubtless many bad, if not fatal cases of worms might be prevented, i (Signed) I). B. SEARCY, M. I). Macon, October, 1848. Dr. Little—Sir: Your Vermifuge medicine by j the advice of Dr. Gorman, has been used with a I happy result in my family, without the least un- I pleasant effect, or an) other medicine, it was given to a very sick child, who aiterwards discharged a i quantity of worms, and was immediately relieved. Yours, truly, (Signed) ' GEORGE W. SEYMORE. Cured in Hall the Time. The French Surgeons and Physicians have ever been noted us being superior to all others, in their treatment of venereal affections (gonorrhoea) in all \ its forms. The extensive compound known as the French ■ I Mixture has and will cure in half the time, more | i cases than any thing to be had, particularly those I that are so pleasant to take, and mild in their ope- j ij at ion. All who are interested ought to know tnat ] any remedy of this kind must act promptly, if at | ! all successful. Hence the importance ot u retne- j dy like the French Mixture, that will speedily ac- ( | complish the object without nauseating the stom i ach, or an) deleterious consequence fallowing.— More than one bottle, with the dose gradually in creased, is seldom necessary even when the case is of months standing. It is peculiar to this combi nation. that the. secretions are so soon arrested as well as perfecting the cure otherwise. Every Physicians knows, it is in ispensabie to treat this affection according to the grade ol irritation, with out which it would be quackery of the lowest or der. Hence the safety and absolute importance I of having a remedy modified for the acute and chronic stage as the Nos. marked Nos. 1 and 2 of the Flench Mixtures are. Being thus improved and perfected, the cure is mo e safe and certain in all the forms and peculiarities of the disease, expe cially if its use is persisted in for a few days. Foi) chronic disorders es the kidneys andblad- Hci which are so often met w th, nothing perhaps will give quicker relief or afford more permanent benefit a< the taking ol a bottle No. 1 French Mix ! ture. Beware of imposition, and avoid the use of sub stitutes. The facsimiled the signature of Dr. V. M. G. LIT I FF, will be found upon the outside wrapper of each article, and none others are genu ine. The following are some of the effects of this violation of'the laws of man's physical and social being : Prostration, nervousness, dyspesia, pain in the head, and dimness of vision ; weakness of the back and lower extremities, impotency, or premature and to tal decay of virility. Weakness of memory and power for mental ap plication, dejection, aversion to society, timidity, self distrust, and love of solitude. Young and middle aged men may here learn why they are declining in health ; why they be come pale, eye sunken and insterless; why they are losing their youthfnl appearance and vigor.— This invigorating and renovating Cordial, has restored scores of persons who have ignorantly injured themselves by self pollution, N. B.—Com pounds of sarsaparilla, dock and other nostrums, has no effect in these cases; nor is the fiction and nonsense which appears in wonderful little books on this subject, of any use to the patient. Young men if you would avoid burning with cos tic blistering, pills, and powers, &c-, which are usually j>rescribed to no purpose, procure tin* Cordial ; it is the only anchor of hope tor you — You can use it without exposure,or hindrance from business.at home or travelling—and be restored. jq Those involuntary noctural emissions which are so harassing and destructive, and pro tective of so much mischief to the nervous sys tern, incapacitating the man for physical or men „i eX ertion; will be speedily removed by this Cordial Mark I this Cordial contains no fpium, mercury, or any other mineral or offensive sub stance to expose or injure the patient Each bot tle of the genuine has “ Dr. Convers” Invigorating blown on the glass.
