Win- .Salmon, Green st, above 3rd- Philadelphia, ndlicted h>r several years with the following distressing symptoms; sickness at the stomach, headache, dizziness, palpitation of the heart, impaired appetite, sometimes acid and pu trescent eructation, coldness and weakness of the extremeties, emaciation ami general debility, dis turbed rest, a sense of pressure and heat at the stomach after eating, night mare, great mental despondency, severe (lying pains in the chest, back ; and sides, coslifeness, involuntary sighing and weeping, languor and lassitude upon the least ex ercise. Mr Salmon had applied lo the most emi nent physicians, who considered it beyond the power of medicine to restore him lo health; howe ver, as Ina afflictions bad reduced him lo a very deplorable condition, and having been rocommi Ti ded by a relative of Ins to make a trial of Dr Wm. Evans’ medicine, he with difficulty repaired to the office and procured a package, to w hich he j says,) he is indebted for Ins restoration lo life, health and friends.
