THE subscribers to the stock of the Ocmulgee
Bank of the State of Georgia, are hereby notified
that all the shares constituting the Capital Slock ol
said Band, have been subscribed fur, and five per
cent thereon paid in—also, that an additional in
stalment of twenty-five per cent will be required to
be paid in at the Banking House ol the Central Kail
Road and Banking Company, in this city, on the
second Monday in April next, between the hours
of 10 A. M., and 1 P. M., at which time and place
an election for Seven Directors, to manage the af
fairs of the establishment, will lake place, agreeable
to the terms of the charter.

first quality. Others are also in the practice of fill
ing empty jars, having the subscribers label on
them, with inferior smitf, and selling it us his manu
facture. In making this publication, the subscriber
wishes to guard his customers against the deceptions
practised upon them.
