In Memorial For
A Check Up
Mrs. Frank O. Miller has re
turned to Memorial Medical
Center in Savannah and is in
room 540, where she went in
order to have a complete check
up following her serious illness
and stay there for five weeks
some five weeks ago.
She had been at home for the
past five weeks and had made
remarkable improvement but
medicine had given out, and her
Doctor had not seen her since
she left the hospital, so it was
thought best that she go back
in the hospital for a few days
and be where her Doctor could
see her, and have the neces
sary check ups made, and then
come on back, where it is hoped
that this will not be necessary
again,

Bear With
Us Please
If ever a poor devil got out
a paper under difficulties, Ye
Editor has done just that this
week,
To start with our wife has
been in a sick bed all along,
and on Monday returned to the
Memorial Medical Center,
which leaves us in a* precari
ous” position at home.
Then on Monday our assist
ant editor and all round helper,
Hrs. Nancy Bazemore is “gick
a-bed,” and we have no one in
the office or at the house when
we leave, and if you try to see
us, just remember that we are
having much more than a 76
year old man can do, and we
hope that this condition will
not exist but a very short, short
time, because all of it is more
than an “old man” can stand.
