We present, in this issue of The Southern World, an illustration of the orange groves of Florida, which, for graphic outline, and truthfulness of detail, we may honestly say, we have never seen equalled. Looking upon this picture, a stranger may obtain a clear revelation of the "how and the way” of orange growing, from gathering of the fruit, to its sort, fng, packing and final shipment on the quaint little steamer lying at the wharf, pan ting with impatience to speed away with its fragrant, luscious freight, and press it onward tocheer the eyes of the shivering Northerner, as the wintry blasts whistle around him, and shout into his tingling ears, the mighty con trast between his now chilling clime, and that other, where even then, gentle, summer sephyrs are whispering among the beautiful, glistening leaves of the stately trees which bear the golden fruit, whose fragrance turns his thoughts
