mother and any known/unknown,
named/unnamed putative, biological
and/or legal father of the above-

GREETINGS: Pursuant to an Order
of this Court dated January 16, 2018
you are hereby notified that a Peti
tion for Termination of Parental
Rights has been filed against you in
this Court by the Georgia Depart
ment of Human Services, through its
agent, the DeKalb County Depart
ment of Family and Children Ser
vices (Department), 178 Sams St.,
Decatur, Georgia 30030 alleging that
the whereabouts the putative father
are unknown. The above named chil
dren are in the temporary custody of
the Department pursuant to a prior
order of the Court finding the chil
dren to be deprived. The Petition
asks the Court to terminate the par
ental rights and obligations of the
parents, with respect to the children,
and of the children to them arising
out of the parental relationship, in
cluding the right to inheritance, and
that the children be committed to the
Georgia Department of Human Ser
vices, with the right to proceed for ad
option. A free copy of the petition
may be obtained from the Clerk of
the Juvenile Court of DeKalb County,
4309 Memorial Dr., Decatur, Georgia
30032, on any day, Monday through
Friday, between the hours of 8:30
a.m. and 5:00 p.m.

to legitimate with the DeKalb County
Juvenile Court.
