Berks Celtic Festival returning to Sinking Spring A day of Celtic music, drink entertainment and family fun are how the Berks Celtic Festival is described. The event is a summer celebration of Celtic heritage held annually by the Berks County Irish American Fraternal Association. Gates open at Willow Glen Park at 11 a.m. on July 20.
