Crooked Creek No. 2 (LCC 2)
Pump Station is located in
DeKalb County, Georgia. Pro
posal documents can be down-

It is the responsibility of each
Proposer to ensure that the
proposal submission is re
ceived by 3:00 p.m. Be aware
that visitors to our offices will
go through a security screen
ing process upon entering the
building. Proposer should plan
enough time to ensure delivery
prior to the deadline. Late Pro
posals, for whatever reason,
will not be evaluated. Proposer
should plan their deliveries ac
cordingly. Proposals will be
considered only from experi
enced firms.
Submit One (1) original Tech
nical Proposal stamped “Origin
al” (do not include the Cost Pro
posal Form) and one (1)
identical copy of the Technical
Proposal on an unlocked flash
drive (do not include the Cost
Proposal Form) to the address
listed above.
In a separate sealed envelope
from the Technical Proposal,

Proposal and one (1) identical

Legal advertising deadline is 12 noon Thursday for subsequent
Thursday publication. Legal ad requests must specify date(s) the ad is
to be published. Holidays may alter advertising deadlines. Please check
the Legal Advertising calendar at http://www.dekalblegalnotices.com/
deadlines/ prior to major holidays for early deadline notices.
Foreclosures, Sheriff's Sales, Marshal Sales and Tax Sales are held on
the courthouse steps on the first Tuesday of each month. Foreclosure
notices and Tax Sales notices publish four consecutive weeks prior to
the first Tuesday of each month.
Clients placing legal advertising agree to read the first publication
of any data submitted in any form to The Champion to verify
its accuracy and shall notify the newspaper of any corrections
required by 3 p.m. on the Friday following the first publication.
Fax and e-mail acceptance of legal advertising is contingent upon
acceptance by any client of the following conditions and their use
of fax and e-mail shall signify acceptance of the conditions:
1. The Champion will not be responsible for any errors that occur
in transmission, including identification and notification that an
error has occurred. Publication of any transmission as received
fulfills the obligation of our publication to the sending client.
2. The Champion shall not be held responsible for any transmis
sion directed to the publication but not received by it. The decision
of the publication shall be final on determining receipt of any
message.
3. The Champion has no reasonable way to confirm authenticity
of a transmission received or whether it was transmitted by an au
thorized agent of a legal client and shall not be held responsible
for determining this.
4. All clients using fax or e-mail for transmission of legal data
agree to hold this publication harmless for consequences of any
breach of confidentiality which might occur.
5. Facsimile and e-mail cannot replace the submission of ac
curate source documents, but can provide a quicker, easier way
to transmit such data for those who wish to use it. We are glad to
cooperate by implementing fax and e-mail availability after clarify
ing user risks as identified currently.
