been filed against you in this
Court by the Georgia Depart
ment of Human Services,
through its agent, the DeKalb
County Division of Family and
Children Services (Division),
located at 2300 Parklake Dr.,
Atlanta, Georgia 30345 al
leging that the whereabouts of
the biological mother and fath
er and the identity and where
abouts of any unknown putat
ive father are unknown. The
above-named children are in
the temporary custody of the
Division pursuant to a prior or
der of the Court finding the chil
dren to be dependent. The Pe
tition asks the Court to termin
ate the parental rights and ob
ligations of the parents, with re
spect to the children, and of the
children to them arising out of
the parental relationship, in
cluding the right to inheritance,
and that the children be com
mitted to the Georgia Depart
ment of Human Services, with
the right to proceed for adop
tion. A free copy of the petition
