Atlanta Technology Group, Inc., 267 Ga. 801.485 S.E.2d 22 (1997) in all listed cases are directed to appear in Court for the Division VII ++Civil Pre-trial Conference Calendar++ on Oc tober 29, 2025 at 1:30 P.M. (Via Zoom). The purpose of this Conference is to discuss the status of the case as well as schedule the case for medi ation and trial. At the Pre-trial Conference counsel and pro se parties must be prepared to discuss the nature of any remaining dis covery issues, all pending or anticipated motions, chances of settlement, length of trial, num ber of jurors, jury pre-qualifica- tions, and court reporting of the case. Counsel and parties are expected to exchange docu ments and resolve any discov ery disputes prior to the confer ence if possible. Motions in Limine, disputed deposition designations, etc., will be ad dressed at a separate confer ence closer to the trial date. A Consolidated Pre-Trial Order will be due sixty (60) days be fore trial, but the Order need not be prepared for the Pre Trail Conference. In lieu of a continuance re quest by the trial attorney due to a leave of absence or con flict, the Court encourages trial counsel to send another attor ney with full binding authority to schedule the trial on behalf of the trial attorney and client. This will prevent delay in re ceiving a trial date. Pro se parties must appear and may not send a non-attorney on their behalf. A Motion for Continu ance must be filed at least ten days before the Pre-Trial Con ference, and a proposed Order must be submitted.
