“One of the perks
of being old: watch
ing my middle age
kids get eyerolling
and being told they
"just don't under
stand" when they
complain about the
music and television
shows their children
like."
"I’m beginning to
like wearing a mask
with sunglasses. It
gives me a sense of
privacy."
“To the person who
said that republicans
are causing gas price
increases, the demo
cratic President Biden
has stopped new oil
and gas land leasing
and drilling to reverse
Trump's energy poli
cies. This is driving up
gas prices. Biden's
first day in office, he
stopped construction
of the Keystone pipe
line and 12,000 peo
ple lost their jobs.
Democrats, you
voted for higher gas
prices. You need to
study economics."
“Every time you
turn on TV, they tell
how people died of
the virus, every day,
every week, every
month. They don't tell
how many babies
died in abortion clin
ics every day, every
week, every month. I
think there's some
thing wrong with this
world."
“You constantly
hear about white su-
premists, BLM, antifa
burning down the
country, no jobs, peo
ple going hungry, vi
rus ridden, and police
trying to murder us all.
Why would all the im
migrants flood the
border and want to
come here?"
“Well, good luck to
the person calling
about the dogs run
ning wild. I've called
the sheriff's office
twice in the past year
about a female dog
running wild around
on Lake Drive and
Victoria Circle and
they said that they
can't pick her up un
less she's aggressive.
She has 2 litters of
puppies. The police
chief in Lyons said
that they have leash
laws to prohibit dogs
from running roam
ing. So go figure."
“I agree with the
person who called
about all the dogs
running wild on Cardi
nal, Indigo, and Hugh
Taylor Rds. A pack of
dogs came on to my
front porch, attacked
and killed 2 of my
cats. Something
needs to be done
about these irrespon
sible dog owners and
their dogs."
“School systems
everywhere now or
will be teaching our
grades K through 12
the critical race the
ory, the 1619 project
and white shaming.
All of these are evil, it
will create hate be
tween the races. We
do not need this. It
must be stopped. It
will destroy us and our
country."
“Vidalia, we are
now the #1 trashiest
city in America.
Thanks to our city fa
thers, we are not do
ing anything about
it."
“Once again the
morons of Montgom
ery County have
made their voices
heard."
“What’s wrong with
the gold old boy sys
tem in Toombs
County? It takes one
to know one."
“In Food Lion, a
gentleman, Mr. An
thony, found my hus
band's wallet and re
turned it to us. We
wish to say the world
would be a much
better place with
more people like Mr.
Anthony."
“With the HCA
takeover of the
Meadows Regional
Medical Center, I am
wondering if anyone
else is concerned
about what will be
come of the Mead
ows Fitness Gym. I am
imploring/challeng
ing the new hospital
management (HCA)
to continue their sup
port of the running of
the Meadows Fitness
Gym and its indoor
pool. I am hopeful
that many other peo
ple feel similarly."
