The IT Technician will also be the main point of contact for employees who are experiencing com puter issues. This is an excellent opportunity for the right individual to join an established organization that has experienced significant growth recently Job Responsibilities: • With installation, configuration and ongoing usability of system hardware and software • Offer daily operations and systems support to personnel • Verify functionality of hardware and software components • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues in person, remotely and via phone • Assist employees with computer problems and answer their questions • Process and complete work orders as assigned. • Conduct daily network backup operations Education: Two-year degree strongly preferred. Associates degree, professional certifi cation and work experience may be substituted for degree.
