company in southeast Georgia
Successful applicant must have; a bachelors degree in Ac
counting, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred), minimum
of 7 years of experience as CFO or C Level Finance Executive
and a professional accounting designation (CA, CM A or CPA)
Applicant must be familiar with multiple accounting software
systems, have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word,
PowerPoint and Outlook, excellent negotiation, and commu
nication skills, well-versed in GAAP and pertinent tax prin
ciples and have experience in budgetary controls in an invest
ment environment. Applicant must demonstrate abilities to
implement a treasury management solution, train and energize
a cohesive accounting staff, be results oriented and a strategic
thinker.
Major responsibilities include, but are not limited to; providing
extensive input and analysis on transaction documents and re
porting, develop effective and efficient resource planning tools,
Lead, coach, develop, and manage staff, develop and maintain
all lending relationships, responsible to compile quarterly and
annual financial statements, responsible to oversee preparation
and management of all state and federal tax reporting, lead all
tax planning and forecasting, ensure full transparency over the
financial performance of the company, provide advice on how
to increase revenue and reduce costs, propose action plans to
ensure that annual financial objectives are attained and main
tain speed and accuracy of billings and client payments.
