public service-oriented individual to be the
manager at the library.
This job will manage the day-to-day op
erations of the public library in Vidalia and

SFY2021
The State of Georgia, in compli
ance with applicable U.S. Depart
ment of Housing and Urban De
velopment (HUD) regulations,
has prepared a draft version of
the State’s Consolidated Annual
Performance and Evaluation Re
port (CAPER) for the Federal
Fiscal Year 2020. The State of
Georgia will host a public hearing
and webinar to present the 2020
CAPER. The CAPER is the an
nual review of the State’s perfor
mance in meeting the goals and
objectives identified in the 2018-
2022 Consolidated Plan and FY
2020 Annual Action Plan. Note
that the CAPER also includes the
State CDBG Performance and
Evaluation Report (State PER)
for the State of Georgia Commu
nity Development Block Grant
(CDBG) Program. The State of
Georgia encourages citizens,
public agencies and other inter
ested parties to review the con
tents of its draft CAPER and to
submit their written comments.
A draft of the CAPER will be
available for review on August 23,
2021 by 5 PM by visiting our web
site:
