Broad Street. •abandoned vehicle on Wood Avenue, •traffic stop for expired registration on W. May Street; the driver was issued a citation and the vehicle towed. •criminal trespass on W. Athens Street; complainant reported someone had thrown eggs at his vehicle and business. •traffic stop on May Street for window tint violation; the driver, Traejami Tyre Jackson, 23, of 2nd Street, Winder; was taken into custody for driving on a suspend ed driver’s license. •entering auto on W. Athens Street; a computer tablet was reported taken from an unlocked vehicle. •hit and run on Barrow Park Drive; com plainant reported someone backing into her vehicle and leaving the scene. •damage to property on Lily Drive; com plainant reported missing and loose lug nuts on her vehicle. •traffic stop for failure to dim lights on May Street; the driver, Jason Etsel McDan iel, 45, of Tanner’s Bridge Road, Bethle hem, was taken into custody for driving while license suspended, failure to dim lights and possession of multiple licenses. •traffic stop for improper use of central turn lane on E. Midland Avenue; the driver, Rashad Ronald Rolle, 19, of Riverview Lane, Winder, was arrested for possession of marijuana and a central turn lane viola tion. •warrant arrest on Elm Street, Winder; Mario Latwan Dansby, 37, of E. Wright Street, Winder, was taken into custody. •theft of lost or mislaid property on N. Broad Street; complainant reported leaving his cell phone at a convenience store and not being able to locate it. •burglary on Duke Street; a television was reported stolen. •traffic stop for no insurance on N. Broad Street; the driver was issued citations for no license on person and no insurance and the vehicle was impounded. •warrant arrest on Wright Street; Laqui- sha Shundriecka Byrd, 23, of Park Lake Court, Monroe, was taken into custody and charged with driving with no license on person, false representation to police and an outstanding warrant. •suspicious person on N. Broad Street; James Junior Eberhart, 50, of E. Midland Avenue, was taken into custody on an out standing warrant charge for Dekalb County. •arrest warrant on E. Midland Avenue; Abraham Bautista-Resenoz, 22, of Bill Rut ledge Road, Winder, was taken into custody. •hit and run on King Street; a driver reported another vehicle side swiping the driver side door of his car and not stopping. •shoplifting at Big Don’s on May Street; a male was reported to have taken some candy without paying for it. •theft by taking on Buena Vista Street; complainant reported a pistol missing. •burglary on Lumpkin Street; copper pipes were stolen from under a house. •traffic stop for failure to yield on Athens Street; a passenger in the vehicle, Michael Ryan Morris, 26, of W. May Street, Winder, was taken into custody on an outstanding warrant charge. •suspicious person report on Northcrest Drive; Brittaney Nichole Aldridge, 22, of E. Midland Avenue, Winder, was arrested for pedestrian under the influence and willful obstruction of law enforcement. •traffic stop for headlight violation on W. Williams Street, Winder, was charged on an outstanding warrant for contempt of court. •theft by taking on Watson Road; two air soft guns were reported missing. •traffic stop for failure to dim lights on May Street; the driver, Dalia Elena Tomas, 37, of Lamar Mitchell Road, Belton, S.C., was arrested for driving on a suspended license, expired license plate and failure to dim headlights. •traffic stop for non working tag light on N. Broad Street; Dalton L. Wright, 17, of W. New Street, Winder; was arrested for driving while unlicensed and tag light requirement. •domestic dispute on W. New Street; Courtney Rayann Wright, 24, of W. New Street, Winder; was taken into custody on an outstanding warrant charge for criminal damage to property. •traffic stop for speeding on Highway 11; Silvia J. Nastase, 43, of Graystone Drive, Winder; was taken into custody for driving while unlicensed and speeding 78 m.p.h. in a 55 m.p.h. zone. •criminal trespass on Pinkston Court, Winder; complainant reported someone had taped over the door handles on his car. •suspicious vehicle on Exchange Boule vard, Bethlehem; two teenage males were sleeping in a truck and received citations for possession of less than one ounce of marijuana and possession of drug-related objects. •domestic dispute on Williams Street; Mark C. Sampson, III, 34, of Williams Street, Winder; was arrested for criminal trespass/family violence and simple battery/ family violence. •assault on Live Oak Court; Brandon Alexander Rankin, 19, of Live Oak Court, Winder, was arrested following a fight with his brother. He was charged with aggravat ed assault and theft by taking. •suspicious person on Graham Street; Natasha Ann Hull, 35 of Wood Avenue, Winder, was charged with giving false name, address or date of birth to a law enforcement officer, pedestrian under the influence and pedestrian must walk on side walk when available. •traffic stop for a seat belt violation on May Street; the driver, Naqueta Angelica Morrow, 24, of Carver Circle, Lawrencev- ille, was arrested for possession of marijua na and the passenger was issued a citation for a seatbelt violation. •traffic stop for failure to yield when entering an intersection on Monroe High way; Heather Carsyn Flanigan, 17, of Rus sell Ridge Road, Winder; was taken into custody for DUI/drugs, possession of mar ijuana, violation of a Class D license and failure to yield when entering a roadway. •shoplifting at Quality Foods on N. Broad Street; a black male was observed conceal ing six bags of candy in his pants. When confronted by store personnel, he pulled the candy out and ran from the store. The suspect was apprehended and arrested for felony probation violation, disorderly con duct and shoplifting. •fraud report on Sims Road; complainant reported her ex-girlfriend had removed a phone number from an account without her permission. •warrant arrest; Christopher Brian Pit tman, 53, of Mill Brook Lane, Hoschton, was picked up at Gwinnett County Jail and transferred to Barrow County Detention Center. •vehicle theft on Midland Avenue; a vehi cle was reported missing from a repair shop. The owner later reported the vehicle had been repossessed. •identity theft on E. Broad Street; com plainant reported multiple accounts being opened in his name without his knowledge. •theft report on Williams Court; a female subject reported leaving her cell phone in a friend’s car and now being unable to make contact with that friend. •traffic stop on Ashwood Drive; Amy Michelle Doster, 42, of Ashwood Drive, was placed under arrest for driving on an expired license. •counterfeit money reported on W. May Street; an employee of CVS drug store reported two $100 counterfeit bills being received. •traffic stop for a cracked windshield on Midland Avenue; the driver, Jerrome Anthony Bryan, 26, of Tanglewood Drive, Monroe, was arrested for driving while unlicensed. •hit and run on Church Street; com plainant reported his vehicle that was parked in front of his residence being hit. •theft report on Glen Avenue; a wheel chair was reported missing from a residence. •domestic dispute on Oak Street; a male reported a female family member was being disruptive due to her drinking and he had asked another family member to drive her to another location. Officers checked the driver and Charles Anthony Braswell, 52, of Oak Street, Winder; wash arrested for driving without a valid license. •traffic stop on W. Stephens Street; a passenger in the vehicle, Lige Ambrose Colquitt, 32, of Waverly Way, Monroe, was taken into custody on a parole violation charge. •burglary report on Stovall Street; com plainant reported someone had gained access into her residence causing damage to a door. •burglary on Brookview Terrace; a televi sion was reported stolen. •fraud report on Nancy Street; com plainant reported someone using her debit card for unauthorized purchases. •dispute on Graham Street; two females drinking alcohol were in an argument that resulted in Deidre Odessa Marshall, 34, of Graham Street, being arrested on a charge of criminal trespass for damaging items by throwing objects at the other female. Statham Police reponds to accident The Statham Police Department reported the following activity: •damage to property on Atlanta Highway; complainant reported her car being hit while parked in the Dollar General Market parking lot. •assistance to Oconee County Sheriff's office with a traffic stop on Highway 316. •entering auto report on Dooley Town Road. •auto accident on Jefferson Street; the at-fault driver was issued a citation for failure to yield and the driver of the second vehicle, Marta Del Carmen Calderon of Thurmond Road, Statham; was taken into custody for driving while unlicensed.
