Winder Police make numerous arrests
The Winder Police Department
made the following recent arrests:
•David Alex Gregory Messineo,
20, of Sweetgum Road, Lawrencev-
ille; contribute to the deprivation of
a child, possession and use of drug
related objects and possession of mar
ijuana.
•Ceria Love, 26, no address given;
driving without a valid license.
•Russell Brian Sullivan, 39, of 2nd
Street, Winder; simple battery/family
violence,
•Christine Elizabeth Donovan, 36,
of Cedar Trail, Winder; failure to
appear.
•Benjamin Pedroza, 22, of Fairview
Avenue, Winder; expired or no driv
er’s license and seat belt violation.
•James Wilson Messer, 30, of Wild
wood Drive, Gainesville; driving
while license suspended or revoked,
no insurance and knowingly driving a
motor vehicle on suspended, canceled
or revoked registration.
•David Brandon Bagwell, 31, of
Ruckersville Road, Elberton; posses
sion and use of drug related objects,
possession of marijuana and posses
sion of cocaine.

reports two arrests:
•Paul Daniel Ramirez. 19, of
Moriah Trace: warrant arrest
for driving on a suspended or
revoked license.
•Brandon Lewis Doster, 31, of
Hilltop Circle; taken into cus
tody following a traffic stop for
an expired tag and charged with
driving on a suspended license.
•Santiago Villa, 24, of Sandra Way,
Monroe; speeding, possession of mar
ijuana and willful obstruction of law
enforcement officers (2 counts).
•Jonathan Kayshun Lewis, 22, of
Waverly Lane, Winder; DUI/drugs
and failure to obey stop sign.
Alexander Kemp, 24, of Marion
Lay Street, Winder; purchase/possess/
manufacture, distribute or sale mari
juana, theft by taking and possession
and use of drug related objects.
•Tiahe Karin Shubert, 35, of Lee
Court, Winder; probation violation.
•Danin Justin Wilson, 19, of Mat
thews School Road, Winder; failure
to appear and outstanding warrant
charge (11 counts).
•Kimberly Jean Joesserand, 53,

Envelope with cash reported stolen from vehicle
The Barrow County Sheriff’s Office
reported the following incidents:
•burglary on Scott Circle, Winder;
a gaming system was reported stolen.
•stolen vehicle report on Eastbrook
Drive, Winder.
•found property on Eastbrook
Drive, Winder; a male reported find
ing a wallet and cell phone belonging
to someone he did not know behind
the cushion of his couch.
•fraud on Eastbrook Drive, Winder;
a debit card was reported used with
out the owner’s permission.
•entering auto on Harry McCa
rty Road, Bethlehem; a window was
reported broken out of a business
truck and a backpack blower was
taken.
•theft on Tom Miller Road, Bethle
hem; items valued at $10, 755 were
reported missing from a mobile home
used for storage.
•theft on Yorkwood Road, Winder;
a safe was reported missing.
•shoplifting at Walmart on Atlanta
Highway, Winder; two females were
issued notices of prohibited entry for
concealing items in their purses.
•shoplifting at Walmart on Atlan
ta Highway, Winder; a female was
charged with taking items valued at
$55.53 and concealing them in her
purse without paying.
•harrassment report on Haymon
Drive, Winder; a female reported
receiving approximately 40 texts,
emails or phone calls from another
female.
•damage to property on Atlan
ta Highway, Winder; complainant
reported his vehicle being hit while
parked in the Walmart parking lot.
•warrant service on Englewood
Road, Winder.
•harassment complaint on City
Pond Road, Winder; a male reported
being harassed through text messages
by a former roommate.
•abandoned auto on Jefferson High
way.
•traffic stop for speeding on Hay
mon Morris Road, Winder; the driver
was arrested for driving while unli
censed, no insurance and speeding.
•entering auto on Atlanta Highway,
Winder; complainant reported some
one taking an envelope with cash
from the glove compartment of his
car while he was in Walmart.
•shoplifting at Walmart on Atlanta
Highway, Winder; a female attempted
to leave the premises without paying
for a cane.
•shoplifting at Walmart on Atlan
ta Highway, Winder; a female took
items valued at $36.03 and placed
them in a Walmart bag.
•lost or stolen property at Walmart
on Atlanta Highway, Winder; a cus
tomer in the store reported setting her
purse down at a display and not being
able to locate it when she returned to
pick it up.
•traffic stop for speeding 89 mph
in a 65 mph zone on Highway 316,
Winder; the driver was charged with
possession of marijuana, underage
possession of alcohol and speeding.
The passenger in the vehicle was
charged with possession of marijuana,
underage possession of alcohol and
unlawful use/possession of a license.
•recovered stolen property on Allen
Circle, Winder.
•damage to property on Creekwood
Road, Winder; a window was report
ed broken out of a residence.
•theft on Matthews School Road,
Winder; complainant reported food
items missing from her residence.
•vehicle accident on Atlanta High
way, Auburn; the driver was charged
with driving under the influence,
open container violation taillight vio
lations.
•hit and run on Highway 316,
Winder.
•traffic stop for speeding 88 mph in
a 65 mph zone on University Parkway,
Bethlehem; the driver was arrested for
driving under the influence, speeding,
failure to maintain lane, possession of
a controlled substance and prescrip
tion pills must be kept in their original
containers.
•stolen auto report on Hill Shop
Road, Auburn.
•damage to property on Matthews
School Road, Winder; a vehicle had
damage on the right rear door and the
right side tires were cut.
•hit and run on Atlanta Highway,
Winder; a vehicle was struck while
parked in the Walmart parking lot.
