Winder Police report numerous arrrests
The Winder Police Department made
the following recent arrests:
•Robert Lee Robinson, 49, of Lily
Drive. Winder; parole violation, criminal
trespass, battery/family violence, criminal
damage to property, loitering and prowling
and burglary/force entry-non residence.
•Timothy Jude Walsh. 25, of High
Shoals Road, Bishop; loitering and prowl
ing and possession of methamphetamine.
•Rene Ramirez, 37, of Indiana Avenue,
Athens; possession and use of drug related
objects, failure to yield to emergency vehi
cle, loitering and prowling and possession
of methamphetamine.
•Marquell Kadeem Moyer, 21, of Kesler
Court, Winder; willful obstruction of law
enforcement and possession of marijuana.
•Devion Timetreus Bolds, 36, of Jeffer
son River Road, Athens; tag light required
and driving without a valid license,
•Alvaro Rubio Gutierez, 37. of Hillside
Court, Winder; headlight requirements
and driving without a valid license,
•Travis Donttrell Smith, 20, of Highland
Drive. Winder; improper lane change/fail
ure to maintain lane, failure to obey stop
sign or yield after stopping and failure to
yield to emergency vehicle.
•Joseph Tanner, 30, of Duke Street,
Winder; failure to appear.
•Gary Kelton Cotton, 40, of Shields
Street, Winder; driving while license sus
pended or revoked and taillight/taillight
lenses required.
•Natasha Ann Hull. 35, of Wood Ave
nue. Winder; probation violation.
•Gary Butler, 54, of Dooley Town Road,
Statham; public drunk.
•Ana Ruth Valle, 36, Mary Alice Drive,
Winder; warrant arrest/ unlawful to pos
sess/display or use any fraudulent/altered
identification documents.
•Savannah Jade Giddins, 19, of Ryan
Road, Winder; illegal license plate cover
ing, possession of marijuana and posses
sion and use of drug related objects.

use of drug related objects (4 counts) and
simple battery/family violence (4 counts).
•Dasia Camay Joe Huse, 18, of Idle-
wood Road, Winder; affray (fighting).
•Brionna Marie Lamb, 17, of City Pond
Circle, Winder; affray (fighting).
•Teresa Cindy Gailey, 50, of Patrick
Mill Road, Winder; drugs to be kept in
original container, theft by taking, posses
sion of a schedule IV controlled substance,
criminal damage to property and theft by
taking/motor vehicle.
•Pamela Jean Ray, 47, of Duke Street,
Winder; public drunk.
•Shailesh Vanasi Kalyan, 47, of Willow
Creek Lane, Woodstock; warrant arrest
from Fulton County.
•Curtis Lee Adams, 60, of Bogan Mill
Road, Buford; outstanding warrant arrest

ta Highway, Statham; driving under the
influence of drugs (DUI/drugs) and head
light requirements.

rty Road, Bethlehem; felony failure to
appear.
•Rachel Marie Perry, 28, of Marigot
Way, Statham; probation violation.
•Dwight Lee Wilcox, 25, of Winterville
Road, Athens; too fast for conditions,
reckless driving, expired license plate,
speeding and fleeing or attempting to
elude a police officer for a felony offense.

to maintain lane, possession of a schedule
II controlled substance, possession and

Drunk woman refuses to leave store
The Barrow County Sheriff’s Office
responded to the following incidents:
•refusal to leave on Atlanta Highway,
Auburn; an employee of Carl Super
ette requested an officer’s assistance in
removing an intoxicated female from
the premises.
The female was taken into custody
and charged with disorderly conduct,
public drunk, and obstruction of an
officer.
•burglary on Cedar Creek Road,
Winder; two vending machines at
Woodford Plywood had been damaged
and broken into.
•burglary on Russell Cemetery Road,
Winder; a vacant home was broken into
and copper wiring was stolen.
•shoplifting at Walmart on Atlan
ta Highway, Winder; two males were
charged after they concealed five packs
of Cough and Cold medicine and con
sumed two drinks without paying for
them.
•recovered stolen property on Bar-
row Park Drive, Winder; a vehicle had
been recovered by a towing company
that returned as stolen from Gwinnett
County.
•burglary on Huntington Trace, Wind
er; a gun was reported stolen from a
residence.
•burglary on Brookside Drive, Wind
er; complainant reported returning home
and finding that someone had entered
his residence and ransacked the house.
•traffic stop for speeding 81 mph in a
65 mph zone on Highway 316, Statham;
the driver was charged with driving
under the influence of drugs, speeding,
failure to maintain lane and possession
of marijuana.
•entering auto on Silvergate Way,
Winder; a pair of Oakley sunglasses
were taken.
•burglary on Rainey Brooke Drive,
Winder; handmade tomahawks, axes
and knives were reported stolen from a
storage shed.
•fraud on Loganville Highway, Beth
lehem; an employee of Publix made
three reports of customers cashing
fraudulent checks.
•abandoned vehicle on Arnold Road,
Statham; after an unsuccessful attempt
to located the owner, the vehicle was
towed.
•damage to property on Stratford Way,
Winder; wiring was damaged in a home
that was under construction.
•damage to vehicle on Loganville
Highway, Bethlehem; complainant
reported his car was hit while parked in
the Publix parking lot.
•theft on Stonegate Drive, Winder; a
female reported prescription pills miss
ing from her purse.
•warrant arrest on Muirfield Drive,
Winder.
•traffic stop for failure to maintain
lane on Atlanta Highway, Auburn; the
driver was arrested for possession of
marijuana and failure to maintain lane.
•hit and run on W. May Street, Wind
er.
•theft on Jones Road, Winder; com
plainant reported her wallet stolen from
her bedroom.
•theft on Bowling Lane, Winder; a
landlord reported an evicted tenant had
taken items from the home that did not
belong to her.
•theft on Etheridge Road, Auburn;
tires and wheels were reported missing
from a shed.
•battery report on Thurmond Circle,
Statham.
•damage to mailboxes on Roxeywood
Drive, Winder.
•terroristic threats on Bridge Crest
Drive, Winder.
•damage to property on Moon Bridge
Road, Winder; an employee of Georgia
Power reported a bullet hole in a con
ductor that caused a power outage.
•theft report on Angel Street, Bethle
hem; a guitar was reported missing.
•shoplifting at Walmart on Atlanta
Highway, Winder; a male was taken into
custody for taking items valued at $117
and passing all points of sale.
•fraud on Loganville Highway, Beth
lehem; a customer at Publix cashed a
check on an invalid account.
•shoplifting at Target on Loganville
Highway; two black females were
reported to have taken items valued
at $155.63 and left the store without
paying.
•single car accident on Highway 316
at Bethlehem Road; an impaired driver
left the roadway and crashed into the
woods.
•hit and run on Highway 124,
Hoschton.
•traffic stop for speeding 82 mph in
a 65 mph zone on University Parkway;
the driver was taken into custody for
driving under the influence of drugs and
speeding.
•dispute on Jefferson Road, Statham;
a male was taken into custody for public
intoxication.
•hit and run on Tanner’s Bridge Road,
Bethlehem; a pedestrian reported being
hit by a vehicle.
•refusal to leave on Atlanta Highway,
Auburn; a white male had been at a
business all night and would not leave.
He was taken into custody for giving a
false name and date of birth to officers.
•single car accident on Murphy Road,
Winder; a vehicle left the roadway after
failing to stop for a stop sign at the end
of the road.
