“JUST THE FACTS,
MA’AM” - In the TV series
Dragnet, Sgt. Friday was fa
mous for instructing witnesses
to stick to the facts. So, what are
the facts about the death and res
urrection of Jesus?
The facts are: Jesus was cruci
fied on a tree. He was buried in
a rich man’s tomb. Jesus’ death
caused his disciples to lose hope.
The tomb where Jesus was bur
ied was found to be empty a few
days after his burial. Many wit
nesses saw Jesus in his glorified
body following his resurrection.
Christianity spread throughout
the world, with Jesus’ death and
resurrection as the central theme.
How do you deal with these
facts? If you ignore them or re
ject them, may God open your
eyes to the truth.
