West Jackson incidents
Two men arrested
for threatening
security guard
Braselton police recently arrested
two men who reportedly threatened
a security guard who intervened af
ter both were denied service of alco
hol at a bar on Tour de France Dr.
Travis Wayne Kremer. 40, 3307
Sweet Leaf Lane, Buford, and John
Paul Fecarotta, 40,12379 74th Ave.,
Seminole, Florida, were booked on
charges of terroristic threats or acts
and disorderly conduct.
According to the arrest report, the
two reportedly became infuriated af
ter being cut off at the bar and were
confrontational with the security
guard.
Kremer and Fecaortta allegedly
threatened to hurt the guard and told
him they would “beat (his) face in.”
The two reportedly smelled like
alcohol and slurred their words.
Kremer and Fecarotta were taken
into custody after witnesses report
edly confirmed the threats to the se
curity guard.
INCIDENTS
Recent incidents reported by Bra
selton police included:
•traffic stop on Hwy. 211 where a
passenger was cited for possession
of marijuana (less than one ounce)
and possession of drug-related ob
jects.
•battery on Sports Club Dr. where
a woman said her sister attacked
her during an argument, resulting in
cuts on her neck, lip and cheek. The
woman said she bit her sister during
the reported fight. The woman's sis
ter said the woman tried to block her
from leaving the location, prompting
the physical altercation. The woman
did not seek charges against her sis
ter.
•domestic disturbance on Gold
en Eagle Pkwy. where a man said
he pushed a locked bedroom door,
causing it to separate from the hing
es, as he attempted to enter the room
to sleep.
•information on Hwy. 53 where a
woman said she received messages
from her juvenile daughter indicat
ing she was intoxicated while vis
iting another country. The woman
said she believed her daughter was
not adequately supervised by her fa
ther or a hired chaperone.
•drug investigation on 1-85 were a
motorist was cited for possession of
marijuana (less than one ounce) after
being pulled over for speeding.
$1,000 worth of fish stolen
from West Jackson pond
Two Prestwick Dr. residents
told authorities that 32 koi fish
and goldfish worth approx
imately $1,000 were stolen
from a koi pond in front of
their West Jackson home.
According to a report filed
with the Jackson County Sher
iff's Office (JCSO). one of the
residents said she noticed the
fish missing when she went out
to feed them. After throwing
out food and seeing no move
ment in the pond, she said
she began to “dig through the
pond” and discovered there
were no fish in the pond. Secu
rity cameras showed no over
night activity.
The residents said they did
not know of anyone who would
steal their fish.

•dispute on Davenport Rd.
where a father and son report
edly argued over money. The
son said he could not access
money being kept in his fa
ther’s account. He reportedly
put several trazodone pills in
his mouth because of the inci
dent but spit them out.
•entering an automobile
on Hunting Hills Dr. where
a woman said someone went
through her daughter’s vehicle
and took a set of house keys,
keys to her place of work, a key
fob and an expired credit card.
•theft on Gold Crest Dr.
where a woman said someone
stole her mail and attempted to
use her bank account to cash a
$6,566 check.
•suspicious activity on Coo
per Bridge Rd. where a man
reported two people on his
grandmother’s property who
refused to identify themselves
other than saying they worked
for the Jackson County Tax Of
fice. The man said he saw one
of the individuals on his prop
erty the following day.
•false imprisonment at Riv
er’s Edge subdivision where a
man said his neighbor blocked
in his son’s vehicle during a
confrontation while fishing at
a neighborhood pond. He also
said the neighbor grabbed his
son’s phone when his son at
tempted to call him. The man
said the neighbor regularly ha
rasses his son. who is a teen,
and other teens for riding off
road in the neighborhood. He
said his neighbor often rides
off-road while drunk.
•juvenile issue on Bentwater
Way where a man said a teen
ran to his house and told him
she was verbally abused. The
teen later told a deputy she’d
been at a party at another res
idence and became scared after
she and another person “were
talking about fighting.”
•dispute on Echo Ct. where a
man said people at a residence
were arguing and a male re
peatedly blew a horn. A man at
the home was reportedly upset
about a recent breakup.
•harassing communications
on Hwy. 60 where a woman
said her ex-husband, an inmate
in a state prison, continues to
call her after being told to stop.
She said he asked her to place
pills inside an envelope and
send them to another inmate.
The woman said her ex-hus
band has been physically vi
olent in the past and fears his
release from prison.
•suspicious activity on Jack-
son Trail Rd. where a man re
portedly slept in his car at a
park after hours.
