OF THE
Hi I Industrial Exhibition Co.
These bonds are issued for the purpose of raising
funds lor the erection of a building in the City of New
York, to be used for a
Perpetual World’s Fair,
a permanent home, where every manufacturer can ex
hinit and sell his goods, and every patentee can show
his invention ; a centre of industry which will prove a
vast benefit to the whole country.
For this purpose, the Legislature of the State of New
York has granted a charter to a number of our most
wealthy and respectable merchants, and these gentle
men have purchased no less than eight blocks of the
most valuable land in the city of New York The
building to be erected will be seven stories high (150
feet in height), surmounted by a magnificent dome, and
will cover a space of twenty-two acres. It will be con
structed of Iron. Brick and Glass, and made fire-proof.
The bonds, which are all lor S2O each, are secured by a
first mortgage on the land and building, and for the pur
pose of making them popular, the directors have de
cided to have quarterly drawings of $150,000 each ; this
money being the interest on the amount of the whole
loan.
Every bondholder must receive at least $21.00, but he
may receive
8100,000!
Or $35,000, or $5,000, or SB,OOO. etc., etc.
EVERY BOND
Redeemed with a Premium.
FOURTH SERIES DRAWING,
Held MONDAY, April sth, 1875.
Capital Premium, SIOO,OOO.

eventually every bond will participate in them.

WATERS' PIANOS AND ORGANS.
The Waters Pianos arc known as among the very
best. We are enabled to speak of these instruments
with confidence, from personal knowledge.— New York
Evangelist.
We can speak of the merits of the Waters Pianos
from personal knowledge, as being of the very best
quality.— Christian Intelligencer.
Waters’ Concerto Parlor Organ possesses a beau
tiful and peculiarly soft tone. The concerto stop is,
without doubt, the best ever placed in any organ. It is
produced by an extra set of reeds, peculiarly voiced,
from which the effect is most charming, and its imital
tion of the human voice is superb. For sweetness Os
tone and orchestral effects it has no equal.— N. Y. Times
The Waters Concerto Parlor Organ.—We are
glad to chronicle any new thing or any improvement
upon an old one that tends to popularize music by ren
dering its study either easier or more attractive. Lately
our attention has been called to a new patented stop
added to the Waters Reed Organ, called the concerto
stop. It is so voiced as to have a tone like a full, rich,
alto voice; it is especially “ human ”in its tone. It is
powerful, as well as sweet, and when we heard it we
were in doubt whether we liked it best iu solo or with
full organ. We regard this as a valuable addition to the
Reed Organ.— Rural New Yorker.
