Resolved, That a distribution of two hundred thou
sand Dollars be made on accommodation notes,
among the several counties in this State, in alphabeti
cal order. .
Resolved, Thet on Thursday the 22d day ot August
next, notes will be received for discount from the coun
ties of Appling, Baker, Baldwin, Bibb Bryan, Bulloch
Burke, Butts, Camden, Campbell, Carroll, Cass,*
Chatham, Cherokee, Clark,Cobb,.Columbia, Coweta,
Crawford, Decatur, Dekalb, Dooly, Early, Effing
ham, and Elbert.
On the 29th day of August next, notes will be re
ceived trout the counties**' Emanuel, Fayette, Floyd,
Forsyth, Franklin, Gilmer.-Glynn, Greene,Gwinnett,
Habersham, Hall, Hancock, and Harris.
On the slh day of September next, notes will be
received from the counties of Heard, Henry, Hous
ton, Irwin, Jackson, Jasper, Jefferson, Jones, Lau
rens, Lee, and Liberty.
On the 12th day of September next, notes will be
received from the counties ol Lincoln. Lownds, Lump
kin, Madison, Marion, M’lntosli, Meriwether, Mon
roe, Montgomery, Morgan, Murray, Muscogee, New
ton, and Oglethorpe. ' .
On the 19th day of September next, notes will be
received from the counties of Raubling, Pike, Pulaski,
Putnam, Rabun, Randolph, Richmond,SjcriveaStew
art, Sumter, Talbot, Taliaferro,TattirtH, and Telfair.
•On the 26th day of September next, notes will be
received from the counties oLThomas, Troup, Twiggs,
Union, Upson, Walton, Ware. Warren, Washington,
Wayne, Wilkes, and Wilkinson.
All notes must be made payable at the Central Bank
of Georgia; have two or more good endorsers, and no
note will, on any account, be received after 12 o’clock
M. of the days above specified.
New Certificates, as heretofore prescribed, will be
• required in all cases.
. No note will be discounted having on it the name o
any person indebted to the State, either as principals
or security’, which debt is du<‘ and unsettled, or who is
either the maker of, or endorser on-any note hereto- '
fore discounted bjMhe Bunk. anti which note is past ;
■due, and unattended to.
