Deputies were dispatched
to Lindsey Rd. in reference to
an abandoned vehicle. Listed
vehicle was observed to be
partially blocking the road
way.
Deputies were dispatched
to Griffin Ferry Rd. in refer
ence to a single vehicle acci
dent. Victim stated she was
traveling S. on Griffin Ferry
Rd. when she swerved to
avoid striking a deer.
Deputies were dispatched
to Bishop Chapel Rd. in ref
erence to a washout in the
roadway. County Road Dept,
was notified.
February 19
Deputies were dispatched
to Injunction Rd. for loud
music coming from a vehi
cle parked at the residence.
Contact was made with an
occupant of the vehicle who
had to be awakened.
Complainant stated an
argument between her and
offender started when he
tried to snatch her phone out
of her hand and when he
couldn't' get her phone, he
grabbed her and held her
down on the floor, but she
was able to kick him off.
C / o then stated that after
she kicked him off of her, he
then busted a whole through
the coffee table with his foot.
When deputies arrived, c/o
stated offender had already
left the scene.
Contact was made with
offender on Blackberry Rd.
during which time the sub
ject was taken into police
custody for the purposes of
serving an eviction order
and an active arrest warrant
made through the EmCo
Court system.
Complainant stated he
received two W2's in the
mail from Handi-House of
Swainsboro saying he made
$20k last year but he has not
worked there since 2018 or
2019. C/o stated he called
Handi-House and talked
to someone who stated she
had him still employed there
and had been receiving a
check. C/o then asked what
happened to his drecks and
subject stated that Dave had
been getting them and was
supposed to be giving them
to him.

Complainant stated
offender has dogs across
the road from him on Price
Williams Rd. and they have
been going into his yard
killing his chickens and this
was not the first time it has
happened. While at c/o's
residence, victim stated he
walks down Price Williams
Rd. every day and when he
walks by offender's house,
he has to have a stick because
they always attack him.
Deputy went to offender's
house but noone was home
and he was bit several times
by three of the dogs, at which
time he called for animal
control to retrieve the dogs.
Complainant stated he was
out of town with is daughter
when he received a text from
the offender out of the blue
saying that he knew how to
get into the complainant's
residence real easily and c/o
was worried that offender
might break into his home
while he was away.
Deputies responded to S.
2 nd St. in reference to a verbal
domestic dispute between a
mother and a son.
Deputies responded to
McKenzie Dr. in reference to
a gunshot wound.
February 21
Deputy responded to
Trout Trail for a report of a
prowler. Deputy made con
tact with c/o and was unable
to find any prowlers near the
residence.
Complainant stated she
heard something outside her
bedroom window on Scott
St. that sounded like they
were trying to get under
her residence. When depu
ty arrived, he checked the
residence and surrounding
area but was unable to locate
anyone or any evidence that
someone had been there.
Complainant stated he
was over at offender's house
on Hwy 192 S. getting some
milk that they had picked
up for him and their dog
growled at him as he was
trying to leave so he kicked
at the dog to get him away
and as he was walking back
to his residence, the dog
attacked his dog. C/o stated
he was trying to break the
dogs apart and he was bit
by offender's dog. C/o also

spoke with offender and she
stated her dog never growled

the dogs apart from fight
ing, he was bit by both dogs.
Offender further stated that
when c/o was trying to get
the dogs apart that he beat
her dog in the back with a
metal rake.
Deputy responded to
Whetsell Rd. for a com
plainant of a stolen SD card.
Deputy made contact with
victim and offender and was
able to retrieve the SD card,
which appeared to not be
damaged and returned it to
the victim.
Deputy responded to
Canoochee Rd. for a vehi
cle collision with possible
entrapment. Upon arrival,
deputy discovered there was
no entrapment and the vehi
cle had run off the road in
a culvert. Driver was able
to exit the vehicle and was
found t be intoxicated.
Deputies were dispatched
to Roy Woods Rd. in refer
ence to criminal trespass.

Deputies were dispatched
to Herrington St. in reference
to members of a motorcy
cle club parking motorcycles
in front of their residence.
Contact was made with the
owners of the motorcycles
who moved them away from
the residence.
Deputy met with com
plainant on Lambs Bridge
Rd. in reference to damage to
property. Damage found on
the scene consisted of appx.
200 yards of fence and cat
tle gate. A single vehicle left
the roadway and struck the
opening to the gate then back
onto the roadway.
Deputies were dispatched
to Hwy 80 E in the area of
Twin City in reference to a
cow in the roadway.
Deputy responded to the
area of Bishop Chapel Rd. for
a noise complaint. A resident
in the area complained there
was loud music and it was
after hours for loud noise.
Deputy rode the area and
did not observe the music
coming from a business in
the area that was no louder
than necessary.
Deputy made a DUI arrest
on Canoochee Rd.

February 12
Complainant stated he dis
covered a dent on his vehi
cle. Co. believes it may have
occurred while the vehicle
was unattended in a parking
lot.
February 13
Deputies responded to
Canoochee Rd. in reference
to a single motor vehicle
accident, with the vehicle
partially in a pond.
February 14
Deputies were dispatched
to Gardenia Rd. in reference
to a vehicle stuck in a road
way. Upon arrival, vehicle
was observed to be stuck in
the roadway covered with
standing water. It appeared
as though the vehicle bot
tomed out due to ruts in the
road. Vehicle was towed and
it appeared to have received
water damage to the interior,
as well as damage to the rear
bumper received in the pro
cess of removing the vehicle.
Complainant stated a
firearm was stolen from his
vehicle on Maple Rd.
February 15
Deputies were dispatched
to the area of Hwy 1 N. in
reference to a wrong way
driver. The vehicle was
advised to be traveling S. in
the northbound lane.
February 16
Complainant stated she
wanted to file a complaint
because her baby daddy
went inside her residence
and took two heaters that he
paid for but she was using
them to keep the kids warm.
Complainant stated she
took her boyfriend to work
at Crider and he refused to
get out of the vehicle so she
tried pushing him out and
he grabbed her by the throat
and began choking her so
she punched him and he let
go of her and got out of the
vehicle. A witness who road
with them stated c/o and
offender argued the whole
time they were traveling
to Crider but he never saw
either one physically touch
one another and when they
arrived at Crider, the offend
er got out of the vehicle and
went inside. Offender stated
he never put his hands on
c/o; she just stated showing
out because he didn't want
to go to work. No physical
marks were visible on either
party.
Complainant stated
offender left the residence a
few days ago and is now
staying in Fitzgerald, but
before he left, he put bolts
inside the intake of her vehi
cle causing the motor to lock
down and he also stole sev
eral items from her daughter.
C/o stated she has pictures
and texts to prove that the
offender admitted to doing
everything.
Complainant stated her
and her boyfriend got into an
argument over hot water for
showering and an altercation
happened where both parties
struck each other in the face.
There were no visible marks
on either party.
Deputy met with com
plainant in reference to miss
ing currency. C/o stated
he checked his safe deposit
box at Durden Bank to find
money missing. C/o fur
ther stated that the money
in question partly belonged
to his mother and that his
brother also had access to the
box as well.
February 17
Deputies were dispatched
to Leopard Cir. For a welfare
check after receiving several
calls from offender.
Deputies responded to
Hwy 80 W. in reference to a
reckless driver.
Deputies responded to SW
Railroad Ave in Oak Park
in reference to a suspicious
vehicle in the roadway. Upon
arrival, the vehicle was par
tially parked in front of a res
idence. Upon making contact
with the homeowner, it was
discovered that the vehicle
belonged to a visitor.
February 18
Deputies responded to
Kite Rd. in reference to a
male subject standing in the
ditch.
Deputies, along with EMS
and Fire Department, were
dispatched to Hwy 192 S. for
a single vehicle rollover with
entrapments. GSP responded
and the scene was turned
over to them.
Deputies responded to
Keith Screws Rd. in refer
ence to an ATV accident with
a female pinned under the
four-wheeler.
