to Senior Center

Green Thumb Garden
Club celebrated Easter by
presenting felt eggs to the
clients at Jenkins County
Senior Center. The felt eggs
are an old garden therapy
project of the Garden Club
of Georgia. Club members
spent time at their March
meeting finishing the eggs
and filling them with lip
balm and candy.

Pepperoni Roses
This is a fun idea and a super treat for any
party or gathering and is super easy to make.
What is yummier, than pepperoni pizza?
Package of pepperoni slices
pizza dough or crescent roll 1 pkg
Mozzarella cheese slices
Marinara sauce
Roll out pizza dough and cut into slices
about 1 inches wide.
Layer the slice with cheese.
Add marinara sauce.
Then layer it with sliced pepperoni.
Roll up the pizza dough.
Place in a large muffin tin that has been
sprayed with nonstick spray.
Bake in the oven at 325 degrees for 15 to 20
minutes.
Then you have a yummy treat that will wow
your guest.

Scholarship. Students may pick up an application from the
school counselor’s office.

The Jenkins County BOE will hold its monthly meeting at
the Board office at 5 p m. The public is invited to attend.

The Millen Garden Council is sponsoring TRIVIA Night,
6;00-8:00pm, Jenkins County Senior Citizen Center. Call
