With bright vibrant veg etables and a creamy lemon & dill dressing, then topped with shredded cheddar cheese and crisp bacon, this southern classic will most definitely make her feel extra special this Mother's Day. Seven Layer Salad Items needed: 8 slices Bacon (cooked & crumbled) 1 cup Mayonnaise % cup Sour Cream 2 Tablespoons fresh chopped Dill 1 Tablespoon fresh Lemon Juice % Tablespoon Sugar Vi teaspoon White Distilled Vinegar Vi teaspoon Salt 6 cups Romaine Lettuce (cleaned & tom) 4 cups diced Tomatoes 10 Hard Boiled Eggs (halved & quartered) 1 cup sliced Red Onion 1 (10-ounce) package fro zen Sweet Peas (thawed) 1 Vi cups shredded Cheddar Cheese Cook and crumble bacon, then set aside. In a bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, fresh dill, lemon juice, sugar, white distilled vinegar, and salt. Stir together and set aside. In a trifle or large glass bowl, spread a layer of romaine lettuce, then a layer of diced tomatoes. Next, add hard boiled eggs around the trifle so that you can see them, then add a few on top of the diced tomatoes in the middle. Add a layer of sliced red onion and then a layer of sweet peas. Spread dress ing over the peas. Top with cheese and bacon. Cover with plastic wrap and let sit in the fridge for around 6 hours, then remove and serve salad alongside salad tongs or you can toss it before serving. *Please note that this salad can be made up to 24 hours in advance. To save time, you can purchase the cooked hard-boiled eggs from the store instead of making them yourself. The declaration includes Allendale and Bamberg counties, and the adjacent counties of Barnwell, Colleton, Hampton, and Orangeburg in South Carolina and Burke and Screven in Georgia. Businesses and private nonprofit organizations may borrow up to $2million to repair or replace disaster-damaged or destroyed real-estate, machinery and equipment, inventory, and other business assets. For small businesses, small agricultural coops, small businesses engaged in aquaculture and most private nonprofit organizations, the SBA offers Economic Disaster Loans (EIDL) to help meet working capital needs caused by the disaster. Loans up to $200,000 are available to homeowners to repair or replace damaged or destroyed real estate.
