Subject to existing easements for
rights of way, public utilities and
any other outstanding liens which
may attach to said property.
After Advertisement, said property
was sold at public outcry on June
1, 2021 to satisfy tax fi fa’s for the
years 2018, 2019 and 2020 and for
penalty and interest in favor of the
County of Screven, State of Geor

the right to redeem will expire and
