November is here, and with it comes the holiday
season! Whether you’re planning on going to a
potluck, decorating your home, or presenting a
holiday feast to your friends and family, we’ve got
just what you need to prepare for your holiday
happenings.
If you’re planning on creating your own gifts to give
for Christmas, or making special Yuletide decorations
for your door or tree, you’ll also want to check out
our craft section, where you can find all sorts of ideas
for everything from building a sturdy kitchen table
to enjoy your family dinners on to crocheting cute
stuffed animals for the little ones to play with.
Every Tuesday at 3:30 pm we have our wonderful
Storytime for the little ones. We read them a story
and then they can do a cute craft related to the story.
It’s a lovely way to encourage your child to develop a
love for reading, and kids who read, succeed!
If your child is more interested in the crafts than
the story, why not come in on Wednesdays at 3:30
pm, and let them become part of the craft day that we
have every week?
Speaking of crafts, have you heard about our Crafts
To Go? Every week, we have a creative craft kit that
you can pick up and make on your own schedule - for
free! All you need to do is come to the desk and ask
for a Craft To Go and we’ll give you one to take home.
