UGA heads to Peach Bowl to
play Ohio State
December 31 at 8 pm
The Georgia Bulldogs (13-0) and Ohio State Buckeyes (11-1) face each other
on December 31, 2022, at 8:00 PM ET in the Peach Bowl, with a spot in the
College Football Playoff National Championship up for grabs.
' i The Bulldogs took on the LSU Tigers in their last outing, winning 50-30.
Their last time out, the Buckeyes lost 45-23 to the Michigan Wolverines.
Against the Tigers, Stetson Bennett led the Dawgs with 274 yards on
23-of-29 passing (79.3%) for four touchdowns and no intercep
tions. Kendall Milton totaled 113 rushing yards on eight carries
(14.1 yards per carry). He also had one catch for -1 yards. Brock
Bowers had 81 yards on six catches (13.5 per reception) with one
touchdown in that game. C.J. Stroud totaled 349 passing yards while
going 31-for-48 with two touchdowns and two interceptions for the Buck
eyes against the Wolverines. DeaMonte Trayanum carried the ball 14 times for 83 yards (5.9 yards per
attempt). In the passing game, he added one catch for 14 yards. Emeka Egbuka caught nine passes on
15 targets for 125 yards (13.9 yards per reception) and scored one touchdown.

Rackley makes Dean’s List
Stormie Rackley of Sylvania has made the Dean’s List
at Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College (ABAC).
Stormie made the list for the fall semester in a recent press
release from the college. The Dean’s Honor List recipients
have maintained a GPA of 3.5 and has completed at least
12 hours of course work. Stormie is a 2022 graduate of

Starting January 1st, many
Americans will qualify for a
tax credit of up to $7,500 for
buying an electric vehicle.
The credit, part of changes
enacted in the Inflation Reduc
tion Act, is designed to spur EV
sales and reduce greenhouse
emissions.
But a complex web of re
quirements is casting doubt on
whether anyone will be able to
receive the full $7,500 credit
next year.
For at least the first two months of 2023, though, a delay in the Treasury Department’s
rules for the new credits will likely make the full credit temporarily available to consumers
who meet income and price limits.
