NOTICE OF INTENT TO RENEW
PERMIT
The Environmental Protection Division
(EPD) of the Georgia Department of
Natural Resources, under the authority
of the Georgia Hazardous Waste
Management Act, O.C.G.A. Section
12-8-60, et seq., as amended, announces
its intent to renew the hazardous waste
facility permit for Trane Technologies
Company LLC (Trane) for the post
closure care and corrective action of
hazardous waste units. This Trane
property is located at 400 Friendship
Road, Sylvania, Georgia 30467,
identified by the assigned facility EPA
I. D. No. GAD065344301.
The draft permit requires Trane to
perform corrective action by removal
and treatment of contaminated
groundwater and to conduct post
closure care at the facility. NO
ADDITIONAL DISPOSAL OF
HAZARDOUS WASTES AT THE
FACILITY WILL BE ALLOWED
UNDER THIS PERMIT RENEWAL.
The State of Georgia received final
authorization for the 1984 amendments
to the Resource Conservation and
Recovery Act (RCRA), as amended, on
September 18, 1986. Therefore, upon
renewal, the permit will constitute a
full RCRA permit as required by the
Georgia Hazardous Waste Management
Act and RCRA.
The draft permit is prepared in
accordance with the provisions of the
Georgia Rules for Hazardous Waste
Management (Rules), Chapter 391-3-
II. Before making a final decision to
issue the permit, Section 391-3-11-.01
(40 CFR 124.10) of the Rules requires
EPD to provide an opportunity for
public comment. Accordingly, the
public comment period extends from
February 28, 2024, to April 16, 2024.
During the public comment period, a
copy of the draft permit and supporting
documents will be available for public
review at:

"NOTICE OF DEMAND
FOR PAYMENT OF LIEN,

Pursuant to O.C.G.A. S 44-7-115(2),
notice is given of a formal demand
on behalf of Maley Real Estate, LLC
(the "Company") and its principal,
Matt McGhee ("Mr. McGhee") against
WOLFGANG AND CHRISTINE
KLUG (the "Klugs") for payment of
the Lien plus payment for the additional
rent that has accrued since the Lien
was filed and the fees associated with
maintaining said action. Pursuant to
O.C.G.A. S 44-7-115(2), the additional

The Company is the current owner of

"Property"). The Klugs entered into
a verbal lease to rent Lot 5 at the
Property for the purpose of placing
their manufactured home (the "Mobile
Home") on said lot. On December 21,
2023, the Screven County Board of
Commissioners Office of Planning
and Zoning issued correspondence
to the Klugs formally classifying the
Mobile Home as intact and abandoned.
Pursuant to O.C.G.A. S 447-113, the
Company filed a claim of lien against
the abandoned Mobile Home on January
8, 2024, totaling five thousand and four
hundred and ($5,400.00) 00/100 dollars
(herein referred to as the "Lien").
