This event, which is being provided
through the Keep Georgia Beautiful
Foundation BRACE Grant program, will
allow City of Sylvania residents to dispose
of unwanted household items and other
bulky trash items at no cost.
Items can include furniture, toys,
mattresses and box springs, bookshelves,
carpet, mirrors, lamps, gas grills, etc.
No construction debris, yard waste,
lawnmowers, propane tanks, household
hazardous waste, electronics or items
containing Freon will be accepted.
Residents will be limited to
one trip to the drop-off
location with a cat, truck, oi a
standard-sized trailer.
Volunteers will be available to
help residents unload. For
assistance getting items
loaded before drop off, please

There is limited funding
available for the towing of
junk cars. Please call 912-564-
7411 to schedule.
Residents will need to show
proof of residency by
providing an ID and/or a
Sylvania utility bill.
